Hype & Hustle Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment and Licensing: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the full rights to the work created during the respective subscription month. Hype & Hustle grants the client a license to use the designs and materials for their intended purpose.

2. No Refunds: No refunds will be made under any circumstances once the payment is processed.

3. Scope of Work: Any work deemed outside of the agreed-upon scope will be considered by Hype & Hustle but may involve additional charges. The client will be notified of any additional costs, which must be paid before the commencement of the additional work.

4. Additional Costs: Any additional software, assets, or other resources required to complete the work will be at an additional cost to the client. The client will be notified and must pay these costs before the commencement of the work involved.

5. Timescales and Deadlines: Hype & Hustle have the ultimate say on timescales and work within the scope. Hype & Hustle take no responsibility for any work which misses important deadlines and will not be liable for any financial remuneration or charges as a result.

6. Liability: Hype & Hustle will not be accountable for any charges, refunds, or disputes related to this agreement.

7. Privacy: Hype & Hustle will not share the client’s details with any third parties unless explicitly asked to do so by the client and in relation to the work expected from them.

8. Client’s Approval and Responsibility: Hype & Hustle will provide opportunities for the client to review and approve the work produced. Upon the client’s approval, the client assumes full responsibility for the final product and its use. The client acknowledges that they have the authority and responsibility to ensure that the work meets their requirements and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Hype & Hustle will not be liable for any issues, legal or otherwise, arising from the use of the approved work.

9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hype & Hustle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising from the client’s access to or use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement by any other user of the client’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the services provided by Hype & Hustle shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
